We currently do not have public client release of SightSpeed that is windows 7 compliant.
That being said, we have many users successfully running SightSpeed on Windows 7 computers.
If you are experiencing issues with SightSpeed on windows, please do the following after launching the application:
Click on the menu options “Help” and then click Submit Help Request”. This will generate a web page diagnostic report. Provide us specific detals of the issue you are experiencing including any error messages in their entirety. Then submit the report for our review.
If you cannot get the SightSpeed application to install or run, send an e-mail to
support@sightspeed.com and include the details of your issue.
