Then can do nothing.. All worked last reboot. Have turned Norton off all together and set sightspeed to allow. Also did full reboots.  Internet works.

Turn off pop ups in IE 8.

Hardware is all available as reported by Windows 7 . Wb came of Video fire camera same results..

Don't want to do the when in douby re-install as my current registry is very clean as this is a very new system.

Hello paulie;

Please be advised that we currently do not offer a windows 7 compatible SightSpeed client and do not have an estimated release date available. However, we do have many users who are successfully running our latest public client release on windows 7.

That being said, try the following to see if it may help resolve your issue:

If SightSpeed is running, click on the menu options "Actions" and then "Exit".

Launch Internet Explorer (do NOT launch a different web browser).

1.      In Internet Explorer, go to the "Tools" menu
2.      Click on "Internet Options"
3.             In Browsing History section click the "Delete" button and then select the delete temporary internet files and click "OK". Acknowledge the message that pops up.
4.             Within the "Internet Options" window, click on the "Security" tab. Make sure the "Internet" globe icon is highlighted.
5.             Click on the "Custom Level..." button to bring up the security options for your browser.
6.             Search through the menu for the SCRIPTING heading with the subcategory "Active scripting".
7.             Make sure "Enable" is selected for Active scripting. Click the "OK" button.
8.             Click "OK" again
9.             Close Internet Explorer

Exit all open applications and launch "only" SightSpeed and login.

Thanks
