If you are like many product user who find themselves thinking “Am I alone in experiencing this situation” then this place is for you. I want to hear your candid thoughts about your PLUS product experience.

Let’s start with the basics.

1. What brought you to SightSpeed PLUS?
2. What were your expectations when you first started using SightSpeed PLUS?
3. Have your expectations been met? If not, tell us what experience you were expecting?

I look forward to hearing from you!

1. I bought SightSpeed Plus because of the 4 way calling.  So far it has been decent, but I would like an option to add another caller in during a conversation rather than having to include all participants when I initiate the call.  This functionality is similar to adding a caller into a conference call.

2. My expectations where just what has been offered...so far, so good.

3. So far they have other than what I mentioned above.

I think this software stinks, I got it with my dell monitor, and each and every time I try to use it, my computer will freeze up, nothing but a hard reboot will save it.. I would consider it was just my computer but the store were I work also sales Dell laptops, so i went to a Display laptop with the same software pre-installed on it and tryed to run it with the same end result, a windows computer frozen and had to be hard rebooted.

One Desktop Running Windows XP pro,
One Laptop running Windows Vist Home Prem
and one failure of a program- take this stuff back to beta..make that alpha where it belongs. Tongue

I tried to upgrade from free to paid services. My credit card was billed three times because I got an error message from the SightSpeed site telling me that a Process could not be finished. My Card Provider informed me, that the transactions went through. So I payed three times but did not get the upgraded service.

After three e-Mails andafter two days I still did not get any answer from SightSpeed. Extremely lousy service!
