If you are stuck at the Generating Contact List stage and are unable to login, you should clear the Internet Explorer browser cache.

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click Tools -> Internet Options
3. Click "Delete..." Under the Browsing History Area
4. Click "Delete Files..." under the Temporary Internet Files section

I am a newbie and I find it hard to locate the page where I am going to sign-in/log-in. Wink

I know this question is kind of odd...But that's solely the reason why I am here
the forum.

The login page should appear after you open the Software and configuring your settings.

I had just went through that and when I came back yesterday...I could no longer find it.

I went over the fact by confirming my email address yet on that page where  I landed, I seem to be most likely to recreate my subscription. Sad

I will try go over that again. I will keep you posted sir.

Also keep in mind that you will auto-login by default after creating a new account.
